From November 17 – 21 De Stokerij (the groundfloor communal space at Pieter de Raadtstraat nr 35) was home for the masterclass The Sharing Economy, as a part of the Willem de Kooning event/symposium Re-Designing Business.

The assignment was to come up with ideas for a micro-business / sharing space / meeting spot for local communities of 30 M3, which is to be made behind two of the workshop doors opening up to the street.
Thuesday October 28 four master students from Birmingham School of Architecture visited Stad in de Maak.
They seemed impressed (but don’t they always?).

Gekregen van Het Nieuwe Instituut (voorheen NAi) in Rotterdam; de complete vloer van de zolderzaal. Waarvoor nog alle dank.
Een vrachtwagen vol gelakt multiplex en Ekoplex. Dat gaan we allemaal wegtimmeren in de Pieter de Raadstraat 35-37.
A gift from HNI (The New Institute, used to be NAi): a truckload of multiplex from their top floor exhibition space. All to be used at Pieter de Raadstraat.
