This work and exhibition space is located in a standard house on the ground floor. The space is used irregularly for graphic work, exhibitions or other work. For example, on 24 February 2017, a site-specific installation by set designer Marijke Brinkhof (Rotterdam) and interdisciplinary artist Alex Wolkowicz (New York) with drawings by Jon Barraclough (Liverpool) opened here.
A special feature of the space is also the connection with the large shared garden in the residential block.
